We received a lot of very encouraging feedback about the Grow Forth Day, which was held on February 25th.
93% of people who attended were either interested in being involved in the creation of a Grow Forth network, or wanted to be kept informed, which is a fantastic result. Have a look at our summary copy of the Evaluation Report and Mike Small's (from Fife Diet) Presentation from the event for more information.
Forth Environment Link is taking the lead in creating a Grow Forth network, and would like to invite you to get involved.

Apparently there are some places left at the Scottish Rural Parliament on the 29th of May. So if you represent a grassroots organisation in a rural area get yourself there on the 29th.

Any-one remember Joanna Lumley's escapades making shoes from her bra on a desert island? Well she's taken the idea of recycling one step further by hooking up (pardon the pun) with M and S to encourage folk to hand their old clothes in every time they purchase a new item. Now I'm not one to promote the cause of multinationals but M and S does occasionally get it right. The old clothes will be sold by Oxfam to raise money for poor people.
