Event Description

The Ochils Festival 2012 will take place from 9th–23rd June at venues across the Hillfoots.

Download the Festival Guide here.

The Ochils Festival is here to encourage a greater understanding and appreciation of the Ochils and Hillfoots among locals and visitors alike - there is something for everyone! There are walks, talks, workshops and fun family activities designed to help people discover more about the area and celebrate the significant landscape heritage of the Ochils.

The overall aims of the projects are to improve access to the Ochil Hills and River Devon, restore some of the built heritage in the area, and provide on-site and on-line interpretation about the area's cultural, social and industrial past.
