Forth Environment Link is looking for a motivated active travel ambassador to work as part of a Scottish Government Low Carbon Travel and Transport Challenge Fund project, in partnership with Falkirk Council, to bring active travel expertise to the Falkirk community. The Falkirk Active Travel Hub is part of a wider Greener Healthier Falkirk initiative to support more journeys on foot, on bike or in electric vehicles. Based at FEL’s Falkirk Premises on Falkirk High Street, the Hub will be a focal point for engaging with the local community, individuals, partners and visitors to the area to advise upon and promote all aspects of active and low carbon travel; and to encourage a model shift to more sustainable forms or transport

Project Coordinator – Falkirk Active Travel Hub 

Working as part of the wider FEL Active Travel team, you will work to develop and run the Falkirk Active Travel Hub providing active and low carbon travel related information, advice and referral services to the public and local stakeholders. The post is fixed term until 31st December 2018.
